Welcome to Sheenz Driving Academy SDA!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sheenz's Website, located at www.sheenzdrivingacademy.co.uk.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.sheenzdrivingacademy.co.uk if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Payment – All lesson fees must be paid in advance, prior to the start of each lesson. Lessons are provided in 2-hour sessions only.

2. Lesson Cancellations – A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson fee.

3. Vehicle Availability – While every effort is made to avoid disruptions, the instructor cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellations due to mechanical breakdown or unforeseen vehicle issues. In such circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

4. Driving Test Vehicle – The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the use of their vehicle for your practical driving test if necessary. Wherever possible, at least one week’s notice will be given. However, if the practical test has been booked at short notice (less than one week), this may not be possible.

5. Equal Opportunities – The instructor is committed to providing an inclusive service and will not discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.

6. Block Bookings – Any prepaid block booking must be used within 12 months of the initial payment date. Any unused lessons after this period may be forfeited.

7. Late Arrival – Lessons will end at the scheduled finish time regardless of any late arrival by the pupil. The full lesson fee remains payable.

Please note: ⁠I may need to cancel or rearrange lessons due to illness, vehicle breakdown, severe traffic conditions or other circumstances beyond my control.
